If you measure most front Allflex inserts, distance between them center to center, if it is 164mm then it is men/GS, if 148mm then Women/ASL

Does it have Men/GS or Women/ASL Allfelx inserts?

I had them, they worked fine and were good on my feet. But due forced to use clip-in bindings i sold them away, too much bending with my fat body.
